What Should I Wear For Physical Therapy?
- You want to wear loose fitting or gym clothing. For women with shoulder injuries we ask that you wear a tank top or a sleeve less shirt to give us better access to the treatment area. For knee or ankle injuries we ask that you wear shorts or yoga pants.
- Please do not wear jeans or belts, as well as anything with a sharp edge to it as it may rip the treatment table.

- No special equipment is necessary, your therapist will be bringing all necessary rehabilitation tools. If you do have exercise equipment we are happy to utilize whatever you have.
When Should I Start Seeing Results?
- Results can vary greatly from patient to patient. There are many variables that need to be considered, like: type of injury, patient age, other medical conditions, consistency with home program, multiple injury sites, etc.
Will Physical Therapy Be Painful?
